Each person may only create one account — if multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

The user is obligated to keep their username and password completely confidential. The user is solely responsible for all activity on their account. If login credentials are exposed to others or unauthorized access is suspected, jaba9's support team must be contacted immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

jaba9 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can currently be deposited on jaba9 via the following mobile banking methods:

• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) — minimum deposit ৳200

All instructions applicable to deposits must be followed. jaba9 is not responsible for funds sent with incorrect details.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawal requests will only be accepted through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, it may take longer.

3.3 Transaction Verification

jaba9 reserves the right to verify any transaction related to deposits or withdrawals. Transactions may be held or accounts suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity, money laundering, or fraud. The user may be required to provide proof of the source of their funds.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on jaba9 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳18,000

To be eligible for the bonus, the account must be active and fully verified.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — on the bonus only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = after ৳20,000 in wagers, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

If the conditions under which a bonus was granted are violated, the bonus and all winnings earned from it may be forfeited. A bonus will be considered invalid in the following cases:

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
• Claiming a bonus using false information
• Abusing the bonus system in any way
• Using strategies intended to circumvent bonus terms

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jaba9 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed, unless jaba9 decides to cancel it for a specific reason. If a technical issue or data error causes confusion over the result of an event, jaba9 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited:

• Any form of fraud or cheating
• Placing automated bets using software or bots
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform for unfair advantage

5.3 Bet Cancellation

jaba9 reserves the right to cancel or refund bets in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed
• If incorrect odds are published and bets are placed at those odds
• If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical error
• If the result of an event cannot be determined legitimately

6.1 VIP Tiers

jaba9 has three VIP tiers, determined by the user's regular activity on the platform:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation on the platform.

6.2 VIP Benefits & Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits are provided subject to conditions. jaba9 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program, reassess VIP status, or discontinue the program at any time. VIP status may be revoked in cases of benefit abuse.
